  They then sent someone out to help us and half way through helping us, he had received a phone call and stopped what he was doing, gave us brief and confusing instructions on what to do and went back inside. Meanwhile there was workers standing around on their phones watching us struggle and not one helped us.

  Warren was brilliant- explained every step of the process to me thoroughly about my service new tyres and windscreen blades and wipers. He gave me an extremely budget/ cost friendly solution to all that I needed and was approachable, professional and efficient.

  When we arrived we explained to Warren that we have to drive home on Monday, and described our issue. He immediately looked at the car, and was willing to help. His team even went off site to buy parts and fix our car in between the others.

  What an absolute joke. Went down to get help with getting my headlight replaced and tail light. Called before hand and asked if they could help and if there was a fee, they said it would cost 27.50 minimum (which i was more than happy to pay) and that i was welcome to pop down when i could. Only live down the road so my mother and i drove straight down. The bloke took the old headlight and tail light out and then went back inside. Didn't tell us how to put the new one in or offer to help us put it in. My mother had said to them at the counter when she was buying the new globes that we were willing to pay them to put the new globe in but still no help. We struggled for half an hour in their car park to put the globe in with no luck. When i went inside to ask for some help, 3 of the workers were standing behind the counter looking like they were doing nothing but i was told "we have customers waiting in their cars to get help so i would have to wait" (yes there was cars in carpark but no one waiting in them)

  Absolutely amazing. Warren and the Autopro team went above and beyond today. My family and I drove from Brisbane to Newcastle, with car problems the whole way. It was hissing when we accelerated but we arrived safely. We phoned halfway to Mayfield and even though the team were so busy and fully booked, they were willing to help us.

  Warren and his team are wonderful. They went out of their way to help us after traveling from Brisbane to Newcastle with a major problem with my Pajero. They diagnosed the issue really quickly and fixed it even though they were super busy because they knew I'm driving back on Monday. I highly recommend using these guys... the service was unbeatable. I am still so appreciative.

  They ended up fixing a dodgy line that was done by previous gas mechanics and identified a blocked catalyst converter that had blocked half the engine. He and the others fixed it at a very good price.
