  Employee named Tracey was an absolute disgrace. Beyond rude to us when trying to pick up a hire car after an accident and the most unaccommodating human on this Earth. Refused to be of any real assistance and to even give her and Avis Mayfield 1 Star is way more than they deserve. She was happy to give me a fake managers number to brush me off when I asked to speak to one. Tracey would be much better suited to a role where she didn't interact with people in any way as her customer service levels are non existent. If it wasn't that our insurance company uses Avis we would never get a car off them in a million years.

  Very smooth transaction. Reasonable priced. Booked in advance via internet and picked up the car. No hassle with bringing back. Sweet ladies at the desk.

  Had a car organised through insurance while ours was being repaired. Staff were professional, courteous and kind. Nothing was too much trouble. Swapped the sedan we'd been allocated for a hatch when I explained I needed to carry a double bass. Excellent customer service.
