  Terrible experience buying a house with them. Arrogant, blunt, ill informed, unhelpful and untrustworthy agent. By settlement I couldn't deal with him anymore and neither could my conveyancer. And speaking to friends who dealt with him in the past (selling their house), that is their what they copped too on the other side: they just decided to go with someone else because of the treatment they got. I nearly gave up buying myself! Just didn't because my offer, which was intentionally too low, expecting to be declined but firm and final, got accepted (after him protesting, and probably because the previous owner was frustrated too). In summary, if you're selling with them, be warned: you could be misrepresented and could lose good potential buyers due to stress and disrespect. If you're buying... well, they just want numbers, a quick sell to brag about how many properties they've sold. So you could get a bargain, but be prepared to cop a LOT of stress, check and challenge EVERYTHING they say carefully, get a good conveyancer and good luck.

  Myself & my daughter have been renting through Dowling for so so many years & have done their best, especially on the short notice. I'm so happy to have / allowably with certain additions. We have the best landlord. Any issue is not too big or small. Very Very Happy Indeed :)

  I would recommend Dowling real estate at Mayfield to anyone buying, renting or selling a house . They are professional and I hope to utilise their services again in the future.

  Do not sell your property with this agency as they have very poor communication skills, poor customer service, poor email enquiries responses and much more. You could lose $$$ listing with them I have had a very unpleasant experience.

  I bought a house from Dowling, Mayfield, seven years ago and I had such a good experience with Bradley that I decided to let them manage my property. Hunter managed my property effortlessly over this time and I have had no problems with the tenants or maintenance of the property. I recently decided I would sell the house and again Bradley looked after me. I have never sold a house before and had no idea what to do but Bradley walked me through the steps and had it sold within weeks, just before Christmas, and got more than I expected to get on the sale price.
